This annual exhibit, created by the Beeville Art Museum Future Artists, features pieces using recycled and discarded materials such as plastic grocery bags, cardboard, water bottles and other waste items. Members were challenged to explore sustainability through creativity and raise awareness about environmental issues while celebrating artistic expression.
Beeville Art Museum Future Artists (BAMFA)
Ages 13-18
BAMFA is a club of teen artists who meet at BAM and gather twice monthly to create art while exploring a variety of mediums throughout the school year. They acquire valuable knowledge of presenting their work by spearheading the entire process of conceptualizing, curating, designing, and installing the end-of-year exhibit. Artists of all levels are welcome. Plus free snacks are always provided!
Meetings are Tuesdays, 4:30 - 6:00pm
